We are also passionate about sourcing local vendors and collaborating with small businesses for décor, rentals, florals, treats, and event services. Frame by Frame was founded by Madison McMillan, a creative professional with a passion for design, celebration and bringing people together. For years, Madison has been the go-to person for friends and family when it comes to planning events, designing logos, and creating thoughtful marketing materials. What began as helping loved ones bring their ideas to life naturally grew into something bigger.
As a mother, Madison found even more joy in using her creativity to design invitations, style celebrations, and plan meaningful parties for her daughter. Through those experiences, what was once a personal hobby became a true passion and the inspiration behind Frame by Frame.
